On the first-floor desk most days. She runs the tours, sorts the invoices, and is the one who asks people to take the long call to a booth. Knows every member by name inside a fortnight of them joining.

Internet and facilities
Looks after both internet lines, the printers, the coffee machine and everything that can break. Posts the outage figures whether they flatter us or not, because a space that hides them is asking you to take the internet on trust.
Junior Salmon
Evenings and weekends
On the desk from four in the afternoon, and the reason the round-the-clock access feels safe rather than empty. If you work late, Junior is the person you will know best.
