Before you come

The things people ask the front desk

Is there an application or an interview?
No. There is no curation and no manager deciding whether you fit. If you pay, you are in, whether that is for a day or for a year.
Can I take calls at my desk?
On the busy ground floor, yes, at a reasonable volume, and there are four booths for the long ones. The quiet upper floor is no-calls, and the rule is kept by a person rather than a sign.
What notice do I have to give to leave?
None, on any plan. A membership starts the day you ask and stops the day you say so, and a part-month is refunded pro rata. There is no joining fee either.
How good is the internet, really?
Gigabit both ways, with a second provider that takes over on its own when the first drops. Last year the total downtime came to under an hour, and we post every outage with its length.
What is not in the price?
Very little. Printing is a few cents a page and extra meeting-room hours are by the hour. There is no service charge and nothing that turns up on a later invoice you did not expect.
Can I get in at night and at weekends?
Members and office tenants have round-the-clock fob access. Day passes run seven to seven on weekdays, and the front desk is staffed on Saturday mornings.
How full are you right now?
We post the number of free desks on the last day of every month, good or bad. It is usually a handful out of sixty. Book a tour and we will tell you today's number.
