The charges other spaces hide

The standard trick in flexible workspace is a low desk rate on the website and a first invoice with four things on it you were not expecting: a printing bundle, a locker fee, a mail-handling charge, and a surcharge for getting in outside office hours. None of them is large on its own, which is the point.

Ours are all on the pricing page. Printing is a few cents a page, a locker comes with every monthly desk, the registered address is included on the monthly plans, and after-hours access is just what round-the-clock means. The headline rate is the rate.
